I tried to close FireFox and my Norton software on the security line during installation, but I still get the same error message. My Flash Player configuration is set to 'Allow Adobe Flash Player install'. I had similar problems during the installation of the 17.0.0.169 version but after 3 or 4 attempts it finally downloaded and installed successfully. I use Windows XP (32-bit) with FireFox 38.0.1 and Flash Player 17.0.0.169. I checked my DSL connection and it works properly. I keep getting a message 'connection error' the installer. The installation program downloads very well but the installer will not download the Flash Player.
Impossible to download and install the latest version of Flash Player.
